JEFF LAMM - greasebat.com
Well known as the vocalist for Pittsburgh punk legends Half Life, Jeff Lamm is quickly becoming world renowned as a prolific illustrator best described as Lichtenstein meets Ed "Big Daddy" Roth with a twist of raw punk!

Returning to Pittsburgh for DIY KaijuFest 2K8, Jeff will be exhibiting an original series of kaiju themed paintings and will be offering super cool silk screened t-shirts made up just for the show!

VELOCITRON - velocitron.blogspot.com
"Chronicling the fate of humanity in the aftermath of the Psychic Wars, Velocitron is striking straight out of Tokyo and into the heart of the US on December 20th. Spawned from a steady diet of post-apocalyptic movies, Z-grade horror comics and fueled by a healthy supply of N.W.O.B.H.M., Pittsburgh is the first stop on a new campaign of global conquest."

Pittsburgh native Ricky Wilson who now resides in Japan, celebrated the release of his first soft vinyl toy: Bechigon in the fall of 2008. A very limited release of Bechigon is set for the show plus hand painted one of a kind resin figures will also be available!

BEAK - monsterworship.com
A collective of two native pittsburgh artists who channel their perpetually haunting dreams of all things macabre into custom silk screened posters and t- shirts as well as producing original monster and sci-fi product.

First shown at SDCC this past summer, Beak will have an official unveiling of their upcoming soft vinyl figure "KUSOGON" on display. In addition to an original resin figure and silk screened items, a new series of Cryptozoology toys will debut!

HAUNTKRAFT - hauntkraft.com
Accomplished artist, DJ, cat wrangler, time traveler and an avid collector of strange exotica, Erik Von Gorr will be setting up with unique hand made monsters & original paintings based on Japanese creature features! 

This fall marks the 10th anniversary of Hauntkraft producing original horror regalia & putrid post human creations. An odd trip through time and space which began as a nightmare & continues to reap a deathly harvest!

FILM  - "War of the Gargantuas"
A screening of the classic Toho film will start promptly at 8:30 pm with popcorn and snacks provided. Originally released in Japan in 1966 as "Frankenstein's Monsters: Sanda versus Gaira" it is a semi-sequel to Frankenstein Conquers The World.

This film introduces two hairy giants called Gargantuas, mysterious creatures spawned from the discarded cells of Frankenstein's Monster from the previous film, pit against one another and military engagements until their climactic confrontation in Tokyo.

Doors open at 6:30 PM for a special pre show reception with a mini monster museum display of underground soft vinyl kaiju toys rarely shown to the public. For more information about the artists or the show please contact:
